Events Sales Associate (New York & New Jersey)
Seeking experienced Sales Associates to aid in the day-to-day event sales.
Ideal candidate should have the ability to solicit and present the company and its
benefits to new and existing businesses.
Candidate will prospect, qualify and close sales with potential clients, Target
non-customers, position and sell all of our
services.
Additional job duties include but are not limited to:
Budget negotiations
Creating and Maintaining Databases
Securing Leads
Creating Sales and Marketing Materials
Fielding Sales Calls
Writing Contracts and New Business Proposals

Business to Business or Outside Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Candidate must possess strong networking and business development skills, strong
time management skills, excellent
communication skills, outgoing personality, superior computer skills,
high-energy work ethic, and must be enthusiastic.
The ideal candidate must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment and
be a self-starter.


Event Coordinator (New York & New Jersey)-- Part Time
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced and growing
company in New York City and New Jersey.
Candidate will gain valuable experience:
-Preparing new business proposals
-Writing and disseminating press releases and marketing materials
-Planning, executing, and assisting with high profile events

SKILLS REQUIRED:
-- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
--Must be a highly organized individual
--Ability to manage multiple projects on any given day.
--Very dependable and flexible
--Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
--Must have good interpersonal skills and willing to work in a team environment
as well as independently
