provide relevant company and/or event information to ticket purchasers. We use the Financial

At times, we may share non-personally-identifiable information and/or aggregated user
information with potential partners, advertisers, investors or other interested third parties.
Acquisition or Merger of the Company. Elyte Affairs LLC may transfer all collected information
(including personally identifiable information) to any successor in interest to Elyte Affairs LLC, such as
an acquirer of the company, or to any company that Elyte Affairs LLC merges with.
